After graduating from college, she found her true passion: helping other rural women make a difference in their community. Nancy Ayesua Out is a part qualified Accountant who has been working with farmers organizations since 2007 mostly as finance/administration/ Gender officer. She is currently the Finance / Administration officer for DAA since September 2015. She also serves as the Communication officer. Her background as a financial person does not limit her to her profession. She is a major player in designing, organizing and implementing programs both in the office and on field. Her passion for women’s right and development drives her to work with rural women in various fields.
